CR6-free leather means no hexavalent chromium is formed during tanning — a carcinogenic compound restricted in many countries. Yiz Leather’s R&D team has successfully developed a formula that eliminates CR6 formation completely, aligning with EU and US safety standards.
Yiz Leather’s finishing process combines traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge machinery. We offer a wide range of textures, embossings, and coatings — and each order is developed through a recipe-based digital system to ensure consistency and customization.
We provide a wide range of finishes including pull-up, crazy horse, nappa, nubuck, antique, and both water-based and solvent-based patent leather options. All finishes are customizable based on client needs.
Our integrated factories cover 22,000 m² with a total capacity of 4,800 tons/month. This includes tanning, finishing, and post-processing — all monitored by smart automation and centralized planning.
